1. The Service

Workei publishes remote job listings curated from public sources, company career pages, and applicant tracking systems, along with editorial content about remote careers. The service is provided free of charge to job seekers. We are a publishing platform — we are not a recruiting agency, employer, or intermediary, and we do not participate in any hiring process.

2. Applications Happen Off-Site

All job applications are submitted directly through the employer's official channels, linked from each listing. Workei never collects job applications, resumes, or candidate data on behalf of employers, and never charges fees to apply. Any request for payment during an application process should be treated as a red flag and reported to us.

3. Accuracy of Listings

We make reasonable efforts to publish accurate, current listings and to remove expired positions. However, employers may change or close openings at any time without notice. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of any listing, nor the conduct of any employer. Verify all details on the employer's official page before applying.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) scrape, harvest, or republish our content in bulk without written permission; (b) use the site for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (d) interfere with the operation of the site or its security features; (e) impersonate Workei or its team.

5. Intellectual Property

The Workei name, logo, site design, and editorial content are owned by Bevamo Serviços de Tecnologia LTDA or licensed to us. Job listing information (titles, descriptions, company names) belongs to the respective employers and is published for informational purposes. You may share links to our pages freely; reproduction of substantial portions of our editorial content requires prior permission.

6. Third-Party Links and Advertising

The site contains links to external websites and displays third-party advertising (including Google AdSense). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external sites or advertisers. The presence of an ad or link does not constitute an endorsement.
